This morning we started with a sunrise celebration on the shore of Galilee. Bill lead us in praise and it was an awesome experience listening to the waves running up the beach, the new dawn awakening, and the thoughts Jesus and the miracles he performed here.

We checked out of our hotel and and traveled just a short drive to the Yigal Allon Centre to view the Jesus boat. This boat was found layered in mud and buried in the shores of the Sea of Galilee. It was given this name as it dated back to the time of Christ. It was an amazing preservation project that helps us visualize the boats of Jesus' time.

After the baptisms we made our last stop at Beit She'an. This is an amazing place of New and Old Testament history. Known as the Archaeologists Disneyland, this area has so much history to offer.

We have arrived at the David Hotel Dead Sea Resort and Spa. We will be here for two days as we travel through this area experiencing history of the Old Testament.
Hiking up Mount Arbel we had great views of the surrounding area and the Sea of Galilee. Joe discussed the view and how far we could see and related this to the Great Commission, Matthew 28: 16-20. It was a great experience and made us challenge ourselves on how we are spreading the good new of Jesus Christ.
After Mt. Arbel we bid farewell to the Sea of Galilee and headed South to the Jordan River. Here we were able to witness twenty-three baptisms in our group including our oldest daughter, Ariele. It was a great and memorable time as being baptized has been on her heart for some time as a knowledgeable Christ follower.
